Parking was very close to hotel. We loved the food and staff. The property is walking distance to Parc Central. Pleased it had a shower in the room❤

There was loyal reception staff. Location was great, 5 min walk from bus station. Loved this place, it was nice.

Everything was ok, perfect staff, good location (not far from the central street and bus stop to the funicamp), every day room cleaning.

The only minus of Acta Florida is a lack of sockets in rooms. I had to charge my cell phone in the wc.

It is very conveniently located close to the center of the city.

The room was quite good. However, the fan kept making a lot of noise making it difficult to fall asleep. Also, there was no power outlet to charge a mobile or a camera. We had to resort to using the only one available in the restroom!!

No significant issues to mention, everything was satisfactory.

A friendly, comfortable hotel in the old part of Andorra La Vella, but near to restaurants,bars and shops. The bedrooms are slightly dated but are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our double room was large and had a mini bar, small sitting area and balcony. The bathroom was clean and fine for us but could do with a bit of an update. We found the lady on reception to be most helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast (in with the price) was very good with plenty of choice and good quality food. We would definately stay again when we next visit Andorra La Vella

Quiet street,easy to sleep

Parking is very difficult,they have two places behind the hotel but dont know why cant use it.It cost 20 euros to park in the city

The hotel offered great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates, especially considering the central location.

The hotel lacked some amenities. We were disappointed to find that there was no in-house restaurant or parking facilities.

Location was ok but finding hotel & access to it in a rental car was a hassle. Room was very basis & there was no plug for the bath & the phone did not work properly. As well the overnight manager spoke no English at all of which was an issue when I needed to use phone to make an important call.

I think all of the walls in our room and I suppose all of the others would be better if they were all painted in a light colour.One of the walls was in a dark colour and if this was also light it would make the room seem bigger.Just a suggestion.
